Core Small Grants

In addition to the fellowships Core support, in 2008 we introduced a new Small Grants scheme where £75,000 was distributed between four outstanding research projects. With applications coming from a wide range of high quality projects, we are repeating the competition this year with the aim of raising more money to support this much needed research.

Together with Dr Falk Pharma UK we are pleased to once again invite applications for bursaries and awards for aspiring gastroenterologists.

With the unrestricted financial support of Dr Falk Pharma UK, Core is pleased to invite applications for the following bursaries and awards for 2008:

  •   One research essay prize
  •   Six research bursaries
  •   Two research bursaries open to F1/F2 clinicians

The deadline for all applications is 5th January 2009.
